NO CARDBOARD INSERT FOR THE BOTTOM
There are no cardboard strips included for the bottom of these folders. If used as-is they bottom-out and droop. Do not buy if you beed a cardboard strip for the bottom.

HANGING FILE FOLDERS
There are no tabs for the top of each of the folders every other company sell them with the tabs .

Flimsy
Very flimsy. Next time I'll be sure to buy hanging folders that are reinforced for durability and reuse.

Box Bottom Hanging File Folders
I received the order and both boxes were crushed so the bottoms won't set flat. Also the sugar I purchased was also damaged. I would hope it wasn't packaged this way so maybe the items could have been better packed before shipping. This is not the first second or third time I've received damaged goods

Wonderful for Manilla Folders!
I received my hanging file folders the next day! Very happy with the swiftness of my order. I use the 1" 2" and 3" for my business. They store my manilla files really well. Before having them my manilla files kept sliding in the metal cabinet. The only thing SMEAD could improve on is making the metal hanging brackets connected to the folder a little more permanent. A...

Hold much more than standard hanging folders and contents are easier to remove and replace from the hanging folder

Invaluable office resource
I work in Regional Sales and keep a fairly large inventory of literature in my home office. Without Smead regular and high capacity hanging files I'd be overwhelmed with the volume of printed material. Smead hanging files help me stay neat and organized and ready to build a catalog for a customer at a moment's notice.

Good Function Moderate Stability
These box-bottom hanging folders are great for putting multiple files in. However papers wide enough to fill the width capacity of these folders can be too heavy for the metal holders to withstand so they break and thus reduce the functionality of these otherwise great hanging folders.

do it now save time later
I love these hanging files. The tabs are convenient to label the files I have inside and keep everything organized so I can find what I am looking for quickly. The Smead folders are good quality so I dont have to worry about replacing them as fast as another brand
