Buttons break
Buttons are not durable. I've had to replace them every 2-3 months.

Works like a charm
It was pretty simple to set up. Too bad it doesn't have a remote to let someone in. Cons: have to run to door to open.

Easy set up and great volume!
We really liked that this came with two remote buttons! The volume is perfect to hear throughout our lab.

It was easy to install. A little more of a pain to set the volume control. It is working great. So far so good. We like it.

Not loud volume at all. Item was also described as having an attachment to go off when a door opens did not come with it as listed

Good design but volume is extremely low even on "high"
The volume is way to low even on the highest setting. Not sure if we got a defective unit but you need to be within 6 feet of the chime to hear it.
