Do Not Recommend
We ordered this chair online because it is a "Big and Tall" chair and we thought that would make it more rugged and last longer. The chair was delivered quickly and easy to assemble. Good Chair
I use this product in our office and it does offer good back support and rolls nicely it is over all a good chair. I find for me the seat is too deep for my height. This was my mistake and has nothing to do with the chair. It is nice and high backed very comfortable to sit in and I prefer no arms on my chairs it works better with my desk. Over all I would recommend this...

Great Chair
Got for my son who is 350#+. He has eaten up several other chairs because of his weight so I selected this one because of the 400# capacity. Only had it for about a month but seems to be holding up well.

Great Chair
Easy assembly and appears to be rugged enough to handle my 350# son who has killed many chairs. We'll see how it lasts.

Try it before you buy it
Staples do not carry office chairs for heavy weights in stock, so I had to purchase online. You can't tell by the photo how the chair will meet you needs. The chair is well made but very bulky and the back sits back to far. I wish I could have tried it before I bought it. I had it assembled at the store for a fee, so I don't know if it was difficult to assemble.
