Decent podium
Decent podium overall--looks good and functions as it should. If I were being more precise, I would probably only give this 4.5 stars since I couldn't get all of the screws in the full way, so there's a hair of a wobble and the pencil-stopper wobbles a fair bit. Overall, however, I was happy with this purchase.

Cheap
Low quality construction and they don't even send the proper assembly tools. It serves it's purpose but if I need another one I won't be getting this particular one.

Just What We Wanted
Needed a light-weight lectern and needed it before school started. Just what we wanted, easily assembled, and shipped promptly. No problems at all.

Just what I needed and expected!
The podium arrived promptly and in great shape - the packaging was not tooo much or tooo little! Instructions easy to follow and assembled quickly. Very sturdy and just the right height at its lowest level for my need. I wanted a platform to hold reference books and other documents for the purpose of composing reviews.

Damaged goods
We were really disappointed to find the lectern damaged. So we haul it back to Staples. We were treated very kindly upon returning the item. Another lectern was ordered.
