Battery Backup Failed
It's already stopped working. Less than a month and it began beeping and would not stop. Need to return/replace.

Going downhill
Could not even power computer and printer. It did do the computer and other equipment like scanner hub and phone. I have a 550 at another office and it can do everything with no problem.

Loud Beep
It makes a loud and random beep every now and then. Looked up so many videos to find out that this is normal. Not for me. Returned.

Great basic UPS Battery Backup
Works well with the number of outlets it has. Small footprint.

Battery Not Replaceable
I didn't even think to check if the battery is replaceable. It is not so the life of the complete unit is around 3-4 years. Disappointed

Disappointed
The particular unit I have shut off this morning without warning. It has been sounding an alarm every time my PC is heavily used for example doing lots of calculations in Excel. Sometimes is sounds the alarm for no apparent reason.

Compact convenient plug access
The UPS size is nice and compact the plug orientation conveniently allows for bulky oversized adaptors to be able to be plugged in.
