Flimsy
Really flimsy folder. Sides are open, not closed so things can fall out -- making it less secure and confidential. Very disappointed. Ordering a different brand as a replacement.

Adams Personnel File Folder
Great product! Sturdy folder capable of holding multiple documents. The exterior of the folder has multiple sections that enables pertinent information to be accessed quickly, i.e. attendance, address, years of service, etc. The back of the folder has information for when employees leave the organization.

We recently were told we needed to get our employee files to our accountant for payroll purposes. I didn't have any because they are either friends or family or a combination thereof.

Good way to organize
This is a good way organize employee files. Keeping up to date information, address and emergency contact, was big reason why I purchased this product. Its a good place to keep any employee documents that accumulate through the year for easy access. Quick notes can put on easily.

Personnel File Folders
We use these files quite often at our office. We have tried others and nothing else seems to work with all the information that is required. I like the convenience of Staples next day delivery and rewards points. It helps to keep the cost of our everyday needs down.
