Sharpener with Bite!
This sharpener is fast, doesn't "over" sharpen, it safe for my students, and so far is just what I needed. I only hope that it will last throughout the coming school year. Even though I do all the sharpening, it's been difficult - due to the quantities of pencils I sharpen daily - to find one that lasts and does a great job too. So we'll see in a few months. I hope ...

I highly recommend the X-ACTO Pro 1670. It is the best sharpener I have ever used and IÂ’ve been teaching 38 years. I keep it on my desk and use it all the time to sharpen my first graders pencils and colored pencils. So worth the money!

Doesn't last
Due to the reviews, we ordered 25 of these for Elementary School. Thinking they are good price and of course we are always having to find ways to save money. We have given out 10 and 4 of them did not last even a month. The teachers did not let the students use them but would sharpen the pencils for the studendts in order to make sure they were not being abused. Will no...

Happy teacher
I have recently bought this sharpener and love it. It stops when the pencil is sharp and the kids don't stand there trying to keep sharpen their pencils when they are beyond sharp. Plus it makes it nice it just stops sharpening so they stand there for a minute until they notice its sharp. I love that they can not use the excuse that its not sharpening their pencils beca...

IT'S OKAY.

Keeps Up With Us!
With a household of pencil users, this pencil sharpener can keep up with us. Not only can it accommodate a variety of pencils, crayons, etc., but it sharpens them in a flash. Love it! Only wish I had bought this YEARS ago.

electric pencil sharpener
I actually bought this for my colored pencils and it does a great job..I run a graphite through it ever so often but I'm very pleased with the product and very very pleased with the speed of staples delivering to me!
