zipper is messed up
the zipper on this has an area where it is very hard to zip. I believe the zipper will not last long, but it is not worth sending back.

VERY WELL-MADE
I have been buying these for almost two decades for my students and myself. They are the most durable pencil case around and last forever. The only drawback is they now only come in black. They used to come in many vibrant colors; what happened?

Quick and Easy
The product I need for my child was out of stock in store. The clerk was able to order it on line for me, I paid for it in store along with the rest of the items that I purchased that day. It was shipped to me free of charge, and I still had it before the first day. Got to love it.
