Look before you buy
If you don't want your folder to have the label it comes with (STAPLES Presentation book) you can't replace it with your own without cutting off the plastic cover.

I like to use the binder to hold together those documents that I use most often in my profession. I always have an original in hand and this to lessen the load in what I have to carry with me.

Staples Presentation Binder, 12 Sleeve Capacity, Blue (21619)
The clear plastic sheets inside the binder were extremely hard to separate with your fingers. In fact, the clear plastic sheets became quite wrinkled when you were able to separate them which took away the nice presentation effect.

Very Acceptable
The product fit the needs that I have! I was little disappointed that I called three of your stores in the area and none of them carried the product locally so I was forced to pay shipping to fulfill my needs.

nice new sleek look to our cabinet companies spek books. prefer the 24 sleeve thought because they can hold more companies

Great binders for loose pages
I love these binders, a little steep in price. I just think these binders makes my office work pages more manageable . I will continue too buy them ... Please put them on sale more.

Staples Presentation Binder, 12 Sleeve Capacity, Blue (21619)
The binder was used in a program to honor veterans during the week of Veterans Day at Assisted Living Facilities and Retirement Communities in my area. It fit the bill perfectly.

Inside Sleeves good; difficult to insert paper into cover
It was very easy to insert standard 8.5x11 paper into the inside sleeves. However, I had a lot of difficulty inserting the same standard 8.5x11 paper into the cover. It would have been helpful if the cover sleeve had more room. After a lot of effort, I got the paper into the cover, but the paper was wrinkled.

Just what I was looking for!
This is a much cheaper way to have a new yearly planner!!! I do wish there was one more page though, so each month would have a two page layout. I am also looking forward to be able to use it year after year!!!

This is an excellent way to present material on new products, etc. to new or existing clients. Much nicer than the cheap and flimsy cardboard folders that are so often used. This is a high-class product. Yes, it is expensive compared to the cardboard items, but I think that my client is worth a few bucks and I want to make the best impression I can. I bought this presentation folder at Staples to hold the text and several pictures relating to my grand daiughter's wedding ceremony. Handy for School
I purchased this for my son who is in high school. It was much easier to use than the sheet protectors and then a folder. Great item, and it is well made.
