We have been using this number rubber band for quite some time now. The staff here prefers this width as it holds longer and better than thinner widths.

Very Durable Rubber Bands
I work with stacks of sharp edged card stock that would cut the rubber bands and shoot them everywhere. Staples Economy Rubber Bands Size #33, is thick enough that they do not cut through, snap or break. I've been using them for the last three years.

Quality
Our company has been using these rubber bands for years. I am not sure what happened or what has changed, but this batch was awful. I used the rubber bands to batch cards, the next morning all the rubber bands had popped. I tried several times, thinking that maybe I did them too tight, but it still happened. POOR QUALITY.
