Patient File Folders
Use these for patient file folders. They work great for keeping documents together & hold together well. Metal fasteners still working great year after year. Will be buying many more boxes.

Reinforced fasteners

Staples needs to deliver as promised
Product is exactly what I needed. Have used before. However, Staples has over-promised and under delivered on delivery time-frames. This needs to change if it wants satisfied customers. Additionally, although package delivery release and instructions were left posted on the door, they were ignored by the driver and instructions not followed.

We use these files for all of our client records. Tab holds up nicely. Sometimes the metal fastener backs (the part that is on the outside of the file) will catch on other folders when refiling into tight fitting file cabinets.

I have used this model of folders for years. It is worth the money spent. Otherwise, I would pay more having to purchased the folders separately with the bases and holders.
