Drawer Alignment Issues?
Never put the key in the lock so it cannot be key related, but for some unknown reason top drawer opens easily sometimes,, and at other times it appears to be locked. Really annoying. Have to play with it to get the drawer to open.

HL8000 Commerical Lateral File Cabinet
It arrived on time and in excellent condition! I had ordered the same cabinet one week prior from another company. While it arrived prior to the ship date, it had damage that wouldn't allow the drawers to open or close. I've learned my lesson!!

Really like my new 36"
Really like my new 36" W 2 drawer lateral file. It was delivered the very next day in good condition & everything is working fine. Glad I got the commercial grade file. Fits under my office desk nicely & easily accessible. Only one drawer opens at a time which is a nice safety feature. Only negative was the added delivery cost to ship since it was a oversize product.

Lateral File for small office
Nice two drawer lateral locking file. Pretty sturdy, no set up required. Wish it came with hanger/rails for files, but otherwise a good price.

Quality was not as good as expected. I've ordered 7 Staples 4-drawer lockable regular file cabinets and was extremely happy with the quality of slides, locks and overall quality. This cabinet is not quite of that caliber. Although the drawer slides seem to be of great quality. The drawer itself is good but not of excellent quality like the 4-drawer regular file cabinets...

A solid, commercial quality cabinet
This file cabinet is well constructed with a nice clean finish. The drawers slide in and out smoothly. Beware, this thing is deceptively heavy.

Great looking file cabinet. The only 2 issues I have is that I wish I would have know I needed the separate rails to make the files front to back. The other issue isn't the product, it is with OnTrac who delivered. I'm in a 2 story building (no elevator) that has 2 separate offices. Very nice cabinet!
A very nice looking and very practical file cabinet with lots of room and for a great price as well. The lock seems to be very durable. The cabinet was in perfect condition when it arrived (which was next day). The packaging was reasonable and it was not terribly difficult to move from dock to office space. Can't say enough nice about it!

EXCELLENT!
We were looking for a cabinet that fully extended for file retrieval and manipulation. With our former cabinets we were not able to get to the back of the cabinet without damaged to our hands. These are wonderful! They lock completely and are sturdy.

I would buy this again.
I like this file cabinet. It's sturdy, both drawers lock, it took two minutes to set up, it looks good, it's the right size. The price was just right for the quality. The only thing I don't like is that the files go in the long way and not front to back. It takes getting used to, but that's a minor consideration. It feels like it might tip over when the top drawer is op...

Amazing!
The 2 Drawer Lateral File Cabinet is AMAZING! We have been using it in our dental office and can't remember what we did before we had it! It's sleek and doesn't take up that much room but the storage is great--plenty of room! It's sturdy enough to use the top of it as an additional shelf as well. It's perfect that it has a lock with it too that is secure yet easy enough...

Fantastic File Cabinet - heavy duty
Fantastic file cabinet - heavy duty. It was delivered to our office and was in perfect condition. Definitely will buy it again. I liked it better than my HON cabinet.
